In their declaration dated October 16, 2026, they accuse the movement of seeking power through force and warn that it could worsen insecurity, humanitarian suffering and divisions in eastern Congo. They also make allegations against Rwanda and President Paul Kagame, arguing that Kabila’s leadership is intended to present the conflict as an internal Congolese dispute. The signatories call on Congolese citizens, regardless of political affiliation or regional background, to reject FRN and oppose it through lawful means.
