In this video I head out on a solo camping adventure on my Aprilia Tuono, riding through some of the best roads in the UK on the way to High Hill Farm Campsite near Penrith in the Lake District. Loaded up with all my camping gear, I take the Tuono far away from its usual superbike environment and turn it into the ultimate adventure machine for the weekend. From fast flowing roads and countryside scenery to setting up camp and relaxing beside the tent after the ride, this trip was exactly what biking is all about — freedom, simplicity, and escaping everyday life for a while. I’ll show the full camping setup, the luggage system on the Tuono, the ride itself, and what it’s like touring and camping on a high-performance V4 motorcycle.
