In his Friday sermon, Sheikh Imam Abdoulie Fatty urged Gambian politicians and their supporters to avoid words and actions that could create division among tribes. He reminded everyone that if they have something to say, it should be nothing but the truth, without spreading misinformation or misleading the public. He also urged the IEC to be careful not to repeat mistakes from the 2016 election, particularly regarding the counting of votes. Finally, he reminded citizens to choose their leaders wisely—those who can defend and serve the country while upholding our faith and values. #africanpresident #casamance #gambian #gambianews #gambianewstoday #gambia
