I bought a used Intech Flyer Explore for moto camping — and discovered the previous owner had badly patched the floor instead of fixing the leaks that caused the damage in the first place. In this video I walk through what I found: failed Dicor sealant that was never bonded to the surface, a patchwork subfloor built from three different materials over rotted wood, and a blackened knot that wasn't a stain. I show you how I fixed it — proper seal prep with mineral spirits and IPA before any product touches the surface, marine-grade plywood, epoxy on every exposed fiber edge, and the one rule that matters most: self-leveling Dicor on horizontal surfaces.
