Werner Herzog anecdote about Klaus Kinski's "egomania"

Herzog describes Kinski foaming at the mouth because his coffee was lukewarm. A ripping yarn, but it is worth remembering - as some commenters have already pointed out - that Klaus Kinski was a deeply troubled man guilty of some utterly shameful things.
