Spring at Fragrant Hills – Beijing’s Blossom Escape 🌸 Fragrant Hills Park is famous for its autumn红叶, but spring is the city’s best-kept secret. From late March to mid-April, the hills explode with apricot, peach, and forsythia blossoms – pink, white, and yellow covering every trail. Take the gentle hike to Incense Burner Peak (Xianglu Peak). The view from the top overlooks all of Beijing, with fresh spring breezes and blooming trees along the way. The climb takes about 2–3 hours round trip. 📍 Location: Northwest Beijing (Metro Line 10 – Bagou Station, then bus or cable car) 🎫 Ticket: 5–10 RMB (peak season 10 RMB) ⏰ Best time: 7:00–9:00 AM to avoid crowds 🌸 Blooms: Apricot (late March), peach & forsythia (early to mid-April) Come for the flowers, stay for the peaceful hike. Fragrant Hills in spring is pure magic. 🏔️
