Another surprisingly decent product from the Pelonis brand, the Pelonis PFT30T3ABB oscillating table fan. The unit is manufactured by Midea, the same OEM that made the Pelonis PSFT07M3ABB fan I showed a few weeks back. Like the other unit, this one is a pleasant surprise. It's exceptionally quiet and moves a surprising amount of air. The air stream is smooth and carries 10'+ away from the fan even on low. The oscillation is slow, giving the air some time to move with the change in direction. The controls are easy to use. The cord is flexible and has a good quality feel. The blade is in reasonable balance. My only major complaint with the unit is lack of variance in speeds. The low speed is rather strong to have it positioned close by. Minor gripes include the lack of a carry handle, somewhat difficult to assemble front guard, and the odd size. It's described as both a 9" and a 12" fan in the product listing. The blade is 9" across, the guard is about 12". The guard is much larger than it needs to be, so the fan is a little larger and bulkier for no good reason. Only time will tell the longevity, but I suspect it will last a decent number of hours. This general design of fan has been on the market for around 3 decades now. It's an economy design, but it works.
