Uggardanti The 'Bani' (Holy Sermon) that destroys deadly sins, and in which Guru Gobind Singh Ji prayed to Ma Bhagwati Aad Shakti prior to meditation on Guru Nanak. They mention numerous names of this Supreme deity e.g. Devi Bhagauti, Bhagwati, Bhawani, Chandi, Kalika, Durga, Nanda etc. The 'Bhagauti' as 'Sword' is also one of it's names, although "Sword" is something which in itself is not of any significance until in the hand of a warrior, when it becomes a 'Kaal Shakti' i.e. powerful destroyer.
