Elite Controller 2 Repair - Stick Drift

Trying to fix a Xbox Elite 2 Controller. Had this controller dropped off to me by a friend, who got given it for free but when they tried to use it. It was not useable due to extreme stick drift. Can I fix it? Disclaimer - These are not how to videos, but rather attempting to fix. They are for entertainment only, I am not a professional just an idiot with some tools.
