Who Has Believed Our Report?- Sermon (8/23/2026)

What is the “report” Isaiah asked about—and why does it matter to our salvation? In this sermon, Bro. Darrius Bembry examines the suffering, identity, and saving work of Jesus Christ through Isaiah 53. Isaiah foretold the suffering Servant hundreds of years before Christ’s crucifixion. The Gospel reveals that Jesus fulfilled that prophecy, endured suffering and rejection, and gave Himself for the salvation of humanity. This sermon challenges Christians to consider not only whether we have believed the report, but whether we are faithfully sharing that report with others. The message of Christ’s death, sacrifice, and resurrection is not merely an ancient story. It is the report upon which our hope of salvation depends.
