Whenever our daughter watches videos, she reacts to the piano, so today we're heading to Toys R Us and Babies R Us to look for a toy piano for her. She's a little sleepy after a full day at daycare, but her mood changes as soon as we reach the toy aisle. We try out several toy pianos together, including an Anpanman one, and finally let her decide which one she likes best. It's labeled for ages two and up, a little early for her, but her reaction made the choice easy. Back at home, we unbox it together, and she spends the rest of the evening pressing every key, discovering the microphone and the drum sounds, and playing far past her usual bedtime.
