In the Library of Graphic Literature #96

Library of Graphic Literature St. John's, NL July 19th, 2019 What a sunny day way out here on the edge of North America. The sun is splitting the rocks for sure. THIS WEEK...we have an explosion of books from the Library of American Comics!!! And what a blast!!! We have an absolutely beautiful book on Alex Toth called “Treasures Retold”, which is stunning...and volume 3 of “For Better or For Worse” from Lynn Johnston and to wrap it up, we end off with volume 11 of “Rip Kirby” with John Prentice. Beauty indeedy!!! I also picked up Donny Cate's “Thanos” collection from Marvel, “the Chronicles of Corum” from Titan Books and to round it all off, a true treasure in the form of the final volume of the “Creepy” Archives!!! Special shout out to Dark Horse Comics on doing such a fine job on the entire Warren Archives. You did us comix lovers a real solid!!! Thanks folks and I'll see you all next week!!! Keep up the reading, my friends!!! Comix & Cookies, Wallace Ryan PS: Love to Les, Sophia and Cole!
