Easement Strip #2 — Full Lawn Renovation

In this video, I take on a complete renovation of Easement Strip #2 using basic manual tools and a budget-minded approach. This wasn't just overseeding existing grass. I took the area all the way back down to bare dirt and essentially started over from scratch. The renovation included removing the existing grass, breaking up and tilling sections of the soil, aerating, preparing and leveling the ground, and getting everything ready for new seed.
