Routines - Aidan Anthony Capaldi

Aidan Anthony Capaldi is an electrician by trade. In today’s Routines clip, which we filmed in his dad’s music room a few years ago, he shares what exactly he typically does during his 12-hour shifts. Apart from chatting about his work day, Aidan tells us what else he does on an average day, from waking up, to how he spends his lunchtime break, to working out in the gym, and leisure time in the evenings… A new Routines video will be released every Sunday so subscribe to our channel now to see them as soon as they are live!
