Cine Film - Barrowford Floods 1967

Some fantastic Cine Film footage of the Barrowford Floods of 1967. Im unsure who compiled the film, but it seems to be made up of several different clips. Ive never seen anything as good as this before, so credit to the unknown author. Also to my surprise when I showed the film to my ma she recognised her niece (my cousin) in the film, the late Kay Coates ( nee Balmforth ), she crosses in front of the camera with a friend, shes be 10 years old.
