"Greater Than You and I" (Complete LP) - The Ralph Carmichael Choir

“Greater Than You and I” (THE COMPLETE ALBUM) features the Ralph Carmichael Choir with soloists. It was released by Coral Records (a subsidiary of Decca Records) in 1960, evidently as a type of cross-over recording for the general public. Several of the songs featured solos by Frank Alpers, Vangie Carmichael and John Gustafson. The titles are: “His Love,” “Beneath the Cross of Jesus,” “Each Step of the Way” (solos by Frank, Vangie and John), “Holy, Holy, Holy” (solo by Frank), “Thy Will Be Done” (solo by John), “The Deep Hidden Valley” (co-written by Ralph and his father Richard, with solo by Vangie), “Somebody Bigger Than You and I” (solo by Vangie), “Fairest Lord Jesus” (solo by John), “He Careth for You” (written by Ralph), “How Great Thou Art” (solo by Frank), “Our Thanks to Thee,” and “Until We Meet Again.”
