Weaning calves 2026

Brad and Melana weaned the 2026 calves. It gives the cows a chance to recover before their next set of calves in 2027. Besides a couple set backs, we got it all done before we had a meeting at 9:30am. Not too bad. We let the cows in the same pasture for a couple days and then moved them across the road once they settled down. The calves stopping bawling after day three and went to town on the hay bale Brad put in their pen.
