Naruto Ult. Ninja Heroes 3 - Neji Moveset [PSP]

#naruto #anime #neji Neji belongs to the Hyuuga clan. Their speciality is to disturb their opponent's chakra flow so they can't fight or even move. Awakening replaces his projectiles and his attacks decrease the opponent's chakra, which is especially fatal when using the pretty cool regular 38hit combo.
