Through the Learning to Earning programme, young Syrians are developing industry-relevant skills in advanced manufacturing, automation and healthcare, preparing them to enter the workforce with confidence. Delivered through GlocalShift and Education Without Borders (MIDAD), with support from the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund, the programme connects skills training with real employment opportunities.
