MetaHuman Elf Character | Unreal Engine 5 Timelapse

In this video, I showcase the creation of Ani, my custom stylized toon elf girl, using MetaHuman Creator, Blender, and Unreal Engine 5. From customizing her appearance and painting a custom skin texture to setting up her hair, clothing, rigging, and animation, this timelapse takes you through my character creation workflow as a 3D artist. 🎨 MY CHARACTER CREATION WORKFLOW ✨ MetaHuman Creator Created and customized the base character to achieve Ani's stylized elf appearance. 🎨 Blender — Custom Skin Texturing Painted a custom skin texture in Blender to give Ani her unique look. 🔥 Texture Baking with SimpleBake Used the SimpleBake add-on to bake and export the diffuse base texture. 🎯 Texture Color Correction Corrected color differences between Blender and Unreal Engine to achieve a closer match to my intended skin texture colors. 🎮 Unreal Engine 5 — MetaHuman Customization Imported the custom texture and applied it to the character. 💇 Hair, Eyebrows & Eyelashes Customized the hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, colors, and overall appearance to complete Ani's stylized look. 👗 Custom Outfit & Dress Applied a custom clothing outfit to complement the character design. 🦴 Rigging & Animation Testing Set up the character and tested animations to check her movement in Unreal Engine. 🎵 CUSTOM AI-GENERATED MUSIC WITH COMFYUI I also created the custom music featured in this video using ComfyUI and AI music generation.
