I Had SO Much Housework to Catch Up On… So I Spent 2 Days Getting It DONE!

After what feels like forever, we’re finally getting some of the bigger home projects finished, which means it’s time to get back to catching up on the everyday housework! 🏡 Over the next two days, I’m taking things at my own pace and working on getting our home tidied up before we start decorating for Christmas this weekend. In today’s realistic homemaking vlog, I’m tidying up the living room, kitchen, and dining room, catching up on laundry, putting away dishes, and finally getting the leftover renovation tools and wood out of the way. That wood has been sitting in the dining room long enough to become a tripping hazard! 😂 I also make a quick Dollar General run for a few household essentials and a holiday candle, and stop to thrift some new-to-us pillows to give our not-so-pretty couch a little refresh. It’s nothing extravagant, just a couple of days of making progress around the house, catching up on the things I’ve fallen behind on, and getting excited for Christmas decorating!
