Norway adventure: midnight hike, wild camping, fjord views & Mardalsfossen waterfall

Join us on our weekend adventure in Norway. We started our trip with a late night hike up to a remote mountain, aiming to wild camp at the summit. The trail challenged us with mud, swamps, and even rocks before rewarding us with stunning views over Molde, Isfjorden and Åndalsnes. The night was rough, and our tent was tested by the elements. Heavy rain and wind gusts threatened to collapse our tent and kept us awake for a while. However, the morning welcomed us with beautiful views over the surroundings and even a touch of sunshine. After hiking back down, we continued our journey with a scenic road trip to Mardalsfossen waterfall. A short 2 km walk along an easy gravel path led us to the beautiful waterfall.
