Chinese pancake is a traditional local food in south China. It can be sweet or salty which usually sold in Dim Sum restaurants in 80s. However, they are decreasingly being passed down to younger generations, it is hard to find them now. The Chinese Sweet Pancake has crispy and tenderly chewy texture, and nutty flavor. They are the traditional dessert, which popular for women, children, and elderly.
