In the state of NM, state land is private, however unless "No Trespassing/Private Property" signage is posted, you'd need to be asked to leave, which is highly unlikely unless you're up to no good. Be respectful, don't ever damage or take anything, and leave it cleaner than you find it! Check out the otherworldly landscape, plants and animals of the US-Mexico Border! Beyond the psychedelic beauty of the canyons, we explore the arid mesa lands, meet a few desert critters, and I climb to the very top of the highest mesa in the area to capture stunning views of NM at peak beauty.
