Groundwork session- Adding more challenges

A VISUAL AID Adding a barrel in this ground work session. It gives the horse something to work off of. Tom is having Amira, the 4 year old Arabian/Andalusian working on focus and patience. This video is earlier in her training and she is currently really good at her groundwork. The video shows how Tom will give a horse a challenge by going between the barrel and the fence. Sometimes he will have 2 barrels to give a more solid wall. He then shows how he will move the horse around one barrel. He will add barrels to make a pattern and give more of a challenge. So much you can introduce on the ground that gives a better understanding when we ride. 💕🏇🌲⛰️🏜
