Breast cancer remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related death among women worldwide, yet access to timely diagnosis and effective treatment remains profoundly unequal. Across many LMICs, systemic barriers such as limited diagnostic infrastructure, fragmented care pathways, and stigma around what is possible continue to prevent patients from receiving the care they need. Join The Max Foundation and a panel of healthcare partners for a discussion on how public-private collaboration is helping to expand access to breast cancer diagnostics and treatment in resource-limited settings. Through real-world experiences, panelists will share the strategies, challenges, and lessons learned while building sustainable, patient-centered pathways to care. Attendees will gain insight into The Max Foundation's comprehensive approach, from initial site assessments and technology procurement to healthcare worker training and integration with treatment programs. This work has already helped reduce diagnostic costs, expand access to precision medicine, and demonstrate that high-quality molecular diagnostics can be successfully implemented and sustained in diverse healthcare settings. This webinar will explore not only what has been accomplished, but what it will take to scale impact, strengthen health systems further, and ensure that more women can access life-extending breast cancer care for years to come.
