Kicked Out and Nowhere to Go

The plaintiff and the defendant used to live together, but the plaintiff claims the defendant kicked her out of their home for no reason. The plaintiff alleges the defendant wouldn’t allow her to retrieve her belongings when she moved out, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff did get all of her belongings.
