Ep. 02 • Exploring McLeod Ganj - Tibetan Culture, Dalai Lama Temple, Cafes & Local Market

After exploring Dharamshala on Day 1, our Kangra Valley journey continues with a full day exploring McLeod Ganj — a mountain town known for its Tibetan culture, spiritual landmarks, cafés, local food and beautiful Himalayan surroundings. In Episode 02, we begin the morning with a visit to the Dalai Lama Temple, also known as the Tsuglagkhang Complex, where we experience the peaceful atmosphere, prayer wheels and Tibetan Buddhist traditions. From there, we stroll through the local market and McLeod Ganj Main Square before heading to Barako Café for breakfast with mountain views. The exploration continues towards Bhagsunag Temple and Bhagsu Waterfall, followed by Dal Lake and the historic St. John in the Wilderness Church, surrounded by forest and mountain scenery.
