The most common set-up I see is the owner and every staff member on their own personal accounts, and that's likely putting the clinic at risk. In this video I walk through the Claude Team plan step by step, so you and your team share the same clinic context, approved connectors, skills and brand design, with patient health data kept out of it entirely.
