What if moving faster isn’t actually helping you get where God wants you to go? In “Slow Down Pt. 2,” Dr. Rob continues the conversation on spiritual pace, reminding us that life may be busy, but Jesus must remain the one primary thing. When we constantly hurry, we can make careless mistakes, increase anxiety, and even miss the people and moments God wants us to see. Through Luke 10:38 and other scriptures, Dr. Rob challenges us to find our pace—creating margin, learning to say no, breathing, eliminating procrastination, and practicing Sabbath. “When you get in a hurry, slow down.” Slow down enough to see.
