How to Get an IT Job in Japan | Study Route vs Direct Visa Sponsorship | 6-Month Honest Truth

How do you actually get an IT job in Japan: the study route, or direct visa sponsorship from Nepal? I took the study route myself. After 6 months as a software engineer here, this is the honest truth. 📄 Full transcript, key takeaways & FAQ: https://gorkhaliinjapan.github.io/it-...   In this vlog I take you inside my real work at a Japanese IT company and share my own path: I came to Japan in April 2022, studied 2 years at a Japanese language school, then 2 years at a senmon (vocational) college, and got my job offer from there. I also explain how you can apply directly from Nepal instead, the Japanese level you really need (plus what Japan's new 2026 language rule means for work visas), how AI and big tech layoffs like Oracle's are changing who gets hired, how bonuses and company parties work in Japan, and my advice for students in Japanese vocational colleges who are hunting for their first IT job offer.   🇮🇳 Indian viewers: turn on subtitles (CC), or DM me in Hindi or English.
