Behind the Scenes at Mississippi Meltdown 2026! | Derby Vlog

We headed south to Tunica, Mississippi, for the 2026 Mississippi Meltdown demolition derby, put on by Wicked Derbies! This time I wasn’t behind the wheel. I was helping with tech inspections and flagging, and I brought the camera along to give you a look at the weekend from a different perspective! We hit the road with the tech crew, had an interesting dinner experience, and then got down to business at the derby. You’ll get a look at the inspection process, some behind-the-scenes action around the track, crews thrashing to get their cars repaired, and even some footage of me flagging during the show. After making it back home to Indiana, I wrap things up in the shop with my thoughts on the weekend. It’s a little bit of traveling, a little bit of blue-collar life, and a whole lot of demolition derby! Big thanks to Wicked Derbies and everyone who made the weekend possible!
