Description (by student of Zhu Tian Xi) of Shaolin Chan Yuan Quan (Zen / Chan Circle Boxing, a type of Rou Quan soft boxing method for both self defense and Nei Gong health exercises. "Chan Yuan" also means "circular", using a different character for "Chan" (most likely the original way). Shown are stepping methods, body moving methods, hand methods, footwork methods, whole body movement, etc. This is REAL authentic ancient style Shaolin, before it turned to dance routines and acrobatics.
