In this video I am building flat track motorcycle racing exhaust pipes. The exhaust pipes are specifically for KTM & Husqvarna 450s. The exhausts are comprised of 18- & 20-gauge stainless steel with 1mm titanium canisters. We will build various parts of the exhaust system including header, megaphone, and canister. You will get an up-close look on how we cut and organize the material… and also how we fit it all up in fixtures so the part can be reproduced.
