She started her career as a child actress in Hindi films and television series. She won the Rasna baby contest at the age of 3. As a youngster, she also starred in the shows Son Pari, Captain House, Instant Khichdi and Shaka Laka Boom Boom. A very active child actress, Tanvi Hegde has acted in close to 150 ad films.
