Cooking With Just Fridge Leftovers… Could I Make It Work?

I raided the fridge and challenged myself to cook using only what I had — no shopping, no plan. Just a bunch of genuinely leftover bits I brought from the house fridge into the garden kitchen… and somehow turned into three proper meals. From a cheesy pesto toastie with mustard and a fried egg, to a sausage pasta bake, and a Mediterranean-style traybake with chicken, halloumi, and tahini — it all came together surprisingly well.
