The value will be estimated by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV) of the project. The “Ease of implementation” criteria will be assessed based on the following criteria: Project duration Project costs Project risk Number of people required to implement the project Number of people heavily impacted by the change The main focus should be on the initiatives that will create a high value while be relatively easy to implement.
