FIRST TIME Music Video REACTION: Let This Be Held | A Deeply Comforting & Healing Musical Offering

Some music does more than sound beautiful. It reaches something deep within us. When Suzanne recently faced some serious, unexpected challenges, she was motivated to create this beautiful work as a respite from the events of human life, a sacred invitation to pause, breathe, and allow peace to arise: to let herself be held. In this video, Suzanne and her friend Lynette listen together to her creation, Let This Be Held, a spirit-inspired healing and soul-stirring piece that Suzanne created from her own longing for a beautiful reminder of what matters, of what lies at the center of our being, no matter the storms of life. Following her own intuition, inspired by her guides Sanaya and assisted by AI, she is sharing this with the hope that others will also find comfort here. Take a breath. Open your heart to receiving what this music may bring to you. Listen again and again, as needed until you experience the sense of being held by the Love that is always and everywhere present. If you’re drawn to healing music, spiritual music, meditation, inner peace, or music that touches the soul, we hope this experience finds you at just the right moment. Have you ever heard a piece of music that seemed to reach straight into your heart? We’d love to hear in the comments what this brings up for you.
