Ownership The Producer retains full ownership (copyright) of the instrumental/beat. 2. License Type This is a NON-EXCLUSIVE license. The beat may be licensed to multiple artists. 3. Usage Rights The Artist is allowed to: • Record vocals over the beat • Distribute the song on streaming platforms • Use for promotional purposes 4. Restrictions The Artist may NOT: • Claim ownership of the beat • Resell or redistribute the beat alone • Use the beat without proper credit 5. Credit Requirement Artist must credit: “Produced by Whispersoundz” 6. Monetization Limit This license allows up to: • 50,000 streams • 1 music video (Upgrade required for unlimited use) 7. Content ID & Copyright Producer reserves the right to register the beat with Content ID systems. Unauthorized use may result in claims, monetization, or takedown. 8.
