Big Bend is one of the most remote and least visited national parks in the contiguous United States. Defined by vast desert landscapes, rugged mountain ranges, and the winding Rio Grande, it feels expansive and quiet. This video captures a 4 day, 3 night backpacking trip through the Chisos Mountains. Days were cool and clear, while the nights were starry. The silence was constant.
