Assam Rifles Flags Off Seema Darshan Tour for Nagaland Students | Kohima
Kohima, Sept 18 (NTNews): Assam Rifles flagged off a Seema Darshan Tour for 20 students and two teachers of Government Higher Secondary School, Rusoma, Kohima, under Operation SADBHAVANA 2026–27.
The flag-off ceremony was led by Maj Gen Harinder Singh Mavi, IGAR (North). The students will visit Guwahati, Tenga, Tawang and Tezpur and are scheduled to return to Kohima on September 28.
The tour aims to provide students with exposure to India’s cultural diversity, border areas and the role of the Armed Forces in safeguarding the nation.
