Explore the future of Tristar Port of Guyana through our 3D masterplan. Located on the West Bank of the Demerara River in Georgetown, Tristar Port of Guyana is being developed as a modern multi-purpose port designed to support commercial shipping, dry bulk operations, offshore energy services, RoRo operations, tank cleaning, general cargo, and regional trade. The port is already operational with a 500m quayside, 7m draft, and 450-tonne crane capacity. As development continues through 2026–2027, the masterplan includes 8 berths, a 700m quayside, a 5,500 TEU container terminal, RoRo terminal, inland depot facilities, over 300 acres of development at Tristar Gateway Park, a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and offshore support facilities. This vision supports Guyana’s growing role as a regional logistics and trade hub, while creating opportunities for local content, training, employment, and long-term career development for Guyanese.
