This video is part of a complete no commentary walkthrough of the Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2 campaign. In this video we take on the "The Storm Prince" mission as part of this full gameplay series. Subscribe for more RTS games! This series will be my first playthrough of Dawn of War 3. This is a bold "evolution" in the long-running RTS franchise, blending the large-scale base-building of Dawn of War 1 with the elite hero unit focus of Dawn of War 2, all wrapped in that iconic grimdark Warhammer 40K atmosphere. The story follows Gabriel Angelos, now Chapter Master of the Blood Ravens alongside Eldar Farseer Macha and the Ork Warboss Gorgutz, as three factions clash over the mysterious planet Acheron and the legendary weapon known as the Spear of Khaine. You command massive armies while deploying powerful hero units like Angelos, Jonah Orion, and Solaria, coordinating elite squads and devastating doctrines to turn the tide of battle. The setting will feel familiar to fans of large-scale strategy games like StarCraft 2, Hero RTS like League of Legends and of course the broader Warhammer 40,000 universe. This series will guide you from the very beginning of the Dawn of War 3 campaign, providing a walkthrough of each mission across all three faction storylines. I'll demonstrate different army compositions, doctrine choices, and tactical approaches, and while I won't pursue every optional objective, you'll get a comprehensive overview of the power escalation system and combat mechanics. This was a divisive entry in the franchise, A heavy pivot from the previous games it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but compared to DoW1 and 2 I would recommend it last. Lets hope Dawn of War 4 is a better (and true) RTS.
