As the leader of The Seven, he’s a symbol of justice and power—or so the public believes. Beneath the patriotic exterior, Homelander is a deeply narcissistic and dangerous individual who uses his godlike abilities for self-interest. Portrayed by Antony Starr in Amazon Prime’s adaptation, Homelander’s complexity and sinister charisma make him one of the most compelling antiheroes in modern media. About Patrick Bateman: Patrick Bateman is the wealthy and enigmatic investment banker from Bret Easton Ellis’s novel American Psycho. By day, he navigates the high-stakes world of Wall Street, but by night, he reveals his true self—a meticulous and sadistic serial killer. Brought to life by Christian Bale in the 2000 film adaptation, Bateman’s obsession with materialism, appearances, and control reflects the dark side of the American dream. His chilling duality has cemented him as an iconic character in psychological horror.
