Join me for a behind-the-scenes look into catering a destination wedding in gorgeous Joshua Tree, California. I travelled to a different country and handled everything from the shopping, transportation, prep, cooking, execution of service, clean up....and filming as a one-person team. This gig did not come without its challenges, but I can confidently say it has been the highlight of my career so far!
