Global Food Crisis | The Russia-Ukraine war is ongoing, as are the conflicts involving the US and Iran, and the Houthis and Saudi Arabia. What will be the outcome? India's External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has already predicted it. Speaking at an Asia-focused discussion held on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, Jaishankar forecast that a global food crisis would emerge within the next few months. Small and developing nations could face a severe impact, as these conflicts have disrupted global grain supplies. Furthermore, with major petroleum-producing nations embroiled in war, the production of chemical fertilizers has virtually ground to a halt. This is bound to affect agriculture; a drop in crop yields will hit the poor and the middle class the hardest. It is hardly surprising—a few nations have engaged in war to serve their own vested interests, yet the poor across the globe are the ones who will suffer the consequences. #SJaishankar #Jaishankar #SJaishankarNews #GlobalFoodCrisis #FoodCrisis #FoodShortage #FoodSecurity #GlobalFoodSecurity #RussiaUkraineWar #USIranWar #banglanews #news18bangla n18oc_international বাংলার প্রথম সারির খবরের চ্যানেল নিউজ18 বাংলা ৷ গত বেশ কয়েকবছর ধরে সাফল্যের সঙ্গে খবর পরিবশেন করে আসছে এই চ্যানেল ৷ ব্রেকিং নিউজ থেকে শুরু করে রাজনীতির খবর ৷ জেলা, ক্রাইম, বিনোদন, খেলা, ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য, প্রাইম টাইম ডিবেট- সব খবর সবার আগে জানতে, দেখতে থাকুন News18 Bangla ৷ চ্যানেলের পাশাপাশি নিউজ18 বাংলার ওয়েবসাইট https://bengali.news18.com/ -এ নজর রাখুন ৷ News18 Bangla Follow Every Breaking Story LIVE 🔴 Watch News18 LIVE 24x7: https://youtube.com/live/6Ec7bnQVO44 Connect with us on social: Visit us: https://bengali.news18.com/ For More Video: https://bengali.news18.com/videos/ Facebook:   / news18bangla   Twitter:   / news18bengali   Instagram:   / news18bangla   News18 Mobile App - https://onelink.to/desc-youtube Watch news18 bangla live for bangla news, বাংলা খবর, and latest news on Suvendu Adhikari in Rejinagar, Anubrata Mondal Suri TMC Office Attack, Birbhum News, South Point School Student Attack, Rejinagar Bypoll 2026, West Bengal Industrial Policy, Nabanna Meeting, Nandigram Bypoll 2026, Samik Bhattacharya Nandigram, West Bengal Bypoll, Bengal Politics 2026 ID_PBH Anchor : Pradip Chakraborty
