Akinola Akintayo Amos is a registered Architect, Builder, and Project Manager with over 18 years of professional experience in architecture, construction management, and real estate development. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Oduak Projects Limited, a reputable design and construction firm committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-focused building solutions. He holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology from the Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke. His academic background and field experience have made him a versatile professional, bridging the gap between architectural creativity and construction precision. A distinguished member of several professional bodies, Arc. Akintayo is a Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), a Registered Builder with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB). He is also an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a Registered Practitioner in Advertising with the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON). To mention a few, his extensive portfolio includes the design and build of landmark projects, such as: • Design of 25-Floor Winners Tower on Martin Luther King Road, Dallas, USA • Construction supervision of 45-Office Complex for the School of Engineering, Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State • Construction of 100-Office Space for the General Out-Patient Department, UCH Ibadan • Renovation of some of the Access Bank Branches • Renovation of 500-Student Hostel capacity at Covenant University, Otta, Ogun State • Construction Engineering Studio Construction for the University of Ibadan • Design and Construction of a 5-floor multilevel auditorium and office complex for the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Bodija, Ibadan Arc. Bldr. Akintayo is also deeply involved in professional service and leadership. He is the Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (Oyo State Chapter), having previously served as Public Relations Officer (2020–2024) and Chairman, Corporate Social Responsibility (2014–2015). He also chairs the Land Acquisition Committee of the Nigerian Institute of Building, Oyo State Chapter.
