How fast can you catch Psyduck in every Pokemon Game?

I am really putting my research experience to good use as we investigate the mystery of psyduck abundance across the pokemon franchise by seeing how fast you can catch one in every game! Hopefully, we can find out more about their headaches and cure the one I have gotten from catching all these ducks!
