"ये नियम सामान्य वर्ग के बच्चों को किनारे कर देगा...": Harshwardhan Tripathi | New UGC Rules यूजीसी के नए नियमों को लेकर सवर्ण समाज ने इतना विरोध प्रदर्शन किया है.. कि अब सरकार को यू टर्न लेना पड़ रहा है.. यूजीसी के इक्विटी रूल्स पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट जनवरी में ही रोक लगा चुका है.. अब सरकार को चुनावी मैदान में जाना है.. ऐसे में सवर्ण समाज को नाराज़ नहीं किया जा सकता.. इसका असर दिखने भी लगा है.. यूजीसी इक्विटी रूल्स-2026 की समीक्षा के लिए सरकार कमेटी गठित करने जा रही है.. कल सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को ये जानकारी दी है... कमेटी ये पता लगाने की कोशिश करेगी कि क्या समता नियम जो बने हैं.. उनकी वजह से किसी वर्ग के छात्र को प्रताड़ित तो नहीं किया जाएगा.. सरकार चुनावों से पहले इसे लेकर बड़ा फ़ैसला कर सकती है.. सवर्ण समाज लगातार इसके रोलबैक की मांग कर रहा है.. उनका कहना है कि भेदभाव रोकने के लिए जो नियम बनाए गए हैं.. उनसे सिर्फ़ SC/ST और OBC छात्रों को ही इंसाफ मिल पाएगा.. अगर जनरल कैटेगरी का कोई छात्र प्रताड़ित होता है.. तो उसकी सुरक्षा के लिए इसमें कुछ नहीं है.. The upper caste community has protested so much against the new UGC rules that the government is now forced to take a U-turn. The Supreme Court had already put a stay on the UGC Equity Rules in January. Now, the government is facing elections. In such a situation, the upper caste community cannot be angered. Its impact is already visible. The government is going to form a committee to review the UGC Equity Rules 2026. Yesterday, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the Supreme Court of this. The committee will try to determine whether the equality rules will cause harassment to any class of students. The government may take a major decision on this before the elections. The upper caste community is continuously demanding a rollback of these rules. They say that the rules designed to prevent discrimination will only provide justice to SC/ST and OBC students.
