Exploring Hawk Mountain Sanctuary | One of PA’s Best Hiking Spots?

Welcome back to The Keystone Hiker! On this adventure, I headed to Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, located along the Schuylkill and Berks County area here in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania. First things first—if you're visiting, there is a $10 admission fee. But hey, I've spent $10 on much worse things, believe me! Hawk Mountain can be as simple as a relaxing stroll through the woods, or, if you take on the route I did, it can become a pretty challenging hike in certain sections. For this adventure, I combined the Escarpment Trail, River of Rocks Trail, Golden Eagle Trail, and Skyline Trail to create a beautiful but demanding hike. The views were absolutely amazing, and as the trail names might suggest, there were plenty of rocks along the way!
